A company is looking for a Staff Data Engineer to own and evolve their data pipelines and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with various teams to develop data models and pipelines for applications, research, and reporting

Develop, implement, and optimize ETL processes for processing large volumes of data

Evaluate and implement data storage solutions to enhance performance and scalability

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field

8+ years of full stack or backend development experience

Expertise in modern ETL technologies and building data pipelines at scale

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, as well as SQL

Experience with cloud-based data engineering pipeline design, preferably with AWS and Databricks
