The Massage Therapist must have industry knowledge and a fundamental understanding of each treatment protocol, revising and updating where necessary to ensure each treatment upholds the standards and expectations of the community. Physical, Mental, and Visual Skills Prolonged periods of standing and providing massages. Good verbal and organizational skills. Must have the necessary arm, hand, and finger strength and dexterity to provide massages. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Educational and Experience Requirements Active certification as a licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Florida Active CPR / AED certification is strongly preferred CEU Certification in Human Trafficking course as required by state law Experience working in Hotel / Resort spa and / or country club environment preferred 3+ years experience as a professional massage therapist
