Responsibilities

Oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care delivery.

Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Implement strategies to achieve nursing department targets and goals.

Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance and provide feedback.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.

Lead initiatives for continuous professional development of nursing staff.

Ensure high visibility of nursing activities and results.

Manage nursing department budgets and resources efficiently.

Analyze data to improve nursing practices and patient care.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless healthcare delivery.

Experience / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's preferred.

Commitment to continuous professional development.

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.

Proven track record in improving patient care outcomes.
