Allied National Services has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Account Coordinator at our corporate office. We're seeking a reliable, upbeat, and proactive professional who enjoys taking ownership of customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth daily operations.
In this role, you'll coordinate vendor services , respond to client requests , and ensure that all services meet company and customer expectations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure daily attendance and accountability of assigned employees
Schedule and coordinate special services by phone and email
Confirm completion of services (pre- and post-service follow-up)
Respond promptly to customer calls and emails
Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM software
Follow up on equipment repairs and service-related issues
Process contractor invoices efficiently and accurately
Source, vet, and onboard new contractors and employees
Qualifications
2+ years of experience delivering excellent customer service in an office environment
Strong and stable work history (no frequent job changes)
Excellent multitasking, organization, and communication skills
Confident and assertive decision-maker with sound judgment
Proven ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through in a high-volume setting
Management experience preferred but not required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check
