What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCs, operating systems, software, POS terminals, telephones, pagers, printers, thin clients, and CRTs.
• Utilize help desk software to accurately track all requests and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with vendors for service calls as needed.
• Maintain and configure the company phone and voicemail systems effectively.
• Create and execute special request queries.
• Be available to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, on-site in Davenport, IA.
