Housekeeper 2 - 12:00 PM - 8:45 PM Columbus.

This position is 12:00 PM - 8:45 PM shift

• Under general supervision, performs any combination of duties to maintain order, sanitation and cleanliness in facilities.
• Maintains supplies as needed. Cleans and straightens assigned areas.
• Collects, sorts, launders, transports and distributes linens and uniforms.
• Ensures laundry, housekeeping and floor equipment is in good working condition.
• Maintains and stocks equipment and supplies as needed.
• May mend linens and assist in preventative maintenance and repair.
• Observes required safety precautions in disposing of contaminated refuse.
• Operates hand tools and power cleaning equipment.
• Participates in making, marking, altering and mending of clothing, linens, and other items. Presses and store all linens

Qualifications - External One (1) year of experience in related area of assignment; or one (1) year of experience at the lower level Housekeeper 1 (FES040) or position equivalent.
