Key Responsibilities:
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and intake evaluations.
Facilitate individual therapy sessions focused on recovery, mental health, trauma, and personal growth.
Lead group therapy sessions on topics such as relapse prevention, emotional regulation, healthy relationships, and coping skills.
Provide family therapy under supervision, helping to repair and strengthen family dynamics.
Collaborate with the clinical team to create and update individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and facility guidelines.
Monitor client progress and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
Participate in clinical supervision meetings and professional development activities to fulfill BBS requirements.
Uphold client confidentiality and ethical boundaries at all times.
