Key Responsibilities
Create and execute the Change Strategy to educate audiences about change enablement initiatives
Apply Change Management Methodology to assess change impacts and recommend strategies for optimal user experience
Develop high-quality communications materials that simplify complex IT processes for end-users
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in IT change enablement, strategy, and communications in a dynamic tech environment
7+ years of experience with collaboration tools such as G Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Smartsheet
5+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
Certification in a formal change management methodology (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in communications, business, change management, or related field
