Real Estate Marketing Specialist

The Real Estate Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for advertising our listings and generating new business for our real estate team through online and traditional marketing. The position requires interaction with our agents and staff to ensure that our website, social media, collateral, marketing events, and other communications accurately reflect our brand. Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the production of marketing videos
• Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers
• Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand
• Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers
• Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth
• Develop agency team events and then promote on social media channels
