A company is looking for a Multimedia Experience Designer to create immersive onboarding learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop multimedia onboarding experiences using Storyline, video, audio, and AI-driven elements

Rebuild existing training modules into engaging, modular learning journeys

Create supplemental assets such as job aids, simulations, and microlearning components

Required Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 Suite and Adobe Creative Suite

Experience with AI design / content tools

Strong portfolio demonstrating multimedia learning solutions

Background in Multimedia Design, E-learning Development, or related fields

Familiarity with basic HTML / CSS for custom Storyline interactions
