We seek printing press operators with offset / litho press experience for our Durham, NC site.

Need to Know :

  • Shift : both Days and Nights, 7 PM-7 AM, 2 / 2 / 3 schedule
  • Pay : $26-$30 / hour plus a $3 shift premium

Description : Press Operator

Summary :

  • Operate Wide Format Offset / Litho Sheet-fed Press, preferably Komori or Heidelberg.
  • RIP files or review job instructions to prepare jobs for printing.
  • Maintain daily print job production logs and daily delivery manifests.
  • Set up, program, and release jobs from the print queue.
  • Make needed adjustments
  • Monitor the quality of job output for correctness and image quality.
  • Order supplies such as ink, chemical solutions, blankets and rollers, paper, tabs, and other items as needed.
  • Maintain inventory levels.

    • Requirements :

  • 5+ years of offset / Litho sheet-fed press operation experience
  • Diploma or GED
  • Able to pass background and drug screen
