Retail Program Manager

A company is looking for a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery and optimization of program strategy and implementation

Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure team strategies align with client goals

Monitor project team deliverables and ensure compliance with service levels and standards

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Senior Project Management or Program Management role, preferably in Retail

Proficient in productivity software including Clarizen, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and SharePoint

Experience working in a matrixed environment with project management teams

Proven ability to define and execute change strategies

Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively
