Key Responsibilities
Perform collection activities for assigned accounts and contact insurance companies to resolve payment issues
Maintain collection files and enter detailed records in the accounts receivable system
Process accounts for write-off and legal action, ensuring accurate balances and verifying insurance coding

Education : H.S. Diploma / GED Equivalent
