Frontier Railroad Services, LLC is a railroad construction company based in New Stanton, PA performing new construction and rehabilitation for customers in the Eastern United States.

Job Description

In this position, you will work as a part of a team repairing and maintaining track or the railroad right of way. This job entails working outdoors in a labor-intensive environment.

This position requires substantial weekly travel to any of the states in which we operate.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform construction or maintenance tasks associated with railroad tracks.
• Operate hand-held powered equipment and manual tools.
• Ability and willingness to adhere to safety rules and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Outdoor work experience.
• Driver's License
• Experience operating earth moving equipment in a railroad environment.
• Welding experience.

Work Conditions

• Stoops, bends, kneels, crouches regularly.
• May involve overtime including weekends and holidays.
• Requires lifting in excess of 70 lbs.
• Works outside in all types of weather conditions.

Must pass drug screen and background check.

Salary and Benefits

• Starting wage for Laborer III is $18.00 per hour, increasing to $20 per hour after 6 months.
