The HCA Healthcare ITG Manager is a working-manager position, responsible for projects of all sizes with the highest visibility and portfolios of several million dollars. The Manager also has resource management duties for a team of project management professionals responsible for a set of interrelated projects and / or programs. The Manager practices servant leadership, considers the needs of the team over his / her own, has an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong executive presence, and understands the broader organizational context. The Manager collaborates with others to tailor methodology to suit program needs, ensures accountability in delivery of project / program commitments and helps resolve any risks or issues that impact project / program progress.
