Job Requirements
- Education Requirements : Valid RN license in the state of Indiana
- Certifications Requirements : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (current and active)
- Experience Requirements : At least 2 years of RN experience, including 1 full year in stepdown units, and prior travel assignment experience
- Other Requirements : Strong assessment and critical thinking skills; ability to pass TELE / 12-lead EKG interpretation tests; resilient, hard-working, and adaptable to change

Provide comprehensive ICU stepdown nursing care to critically ill patients, ensuring safety, comfort, and adherence to medical protocols.Interpret and initiate / titrate drips for antiarrhythmics, Heparin, Insulin, and other critical medications, maintaining precise documentation and patient monitoring.Assess and manage patients with cardiac conditions, including post-cath interventions, pacemakers, and other cardiac devices, utilizing advanced telemetry and 12-lead EKG interpretation skills.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and modify care plans, ensuring timely response to patient changes and effective communication across departments.Perform neuro assessments, dysphagia screens, and other specialized evaluations, maintaining compliance with hospital protocols and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.Apply now through Connected Health Care - submit your resume today!
