Compensation : $75,000 - $85,000 annual salary

Overview :

Seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations within a project-driven, fast-growing environment. This role will manage core accounting functions, support financial reporting, and partner closely with project, operations, and executive leadership to ensure accurate, timely financial data.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily accounting operations including GL management, AP / AR oversight, month-end close, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements, project financials, and variance reports.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and process improvements.
• Partner with Project Managers and Operations to ensure accurate job costing, revenue recognition, and project reporting.
• Manage cash flow reporting, budgeting support, and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate annual audit activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing training, guidance, and workload prioritization.
• Support system enhancements, including ERP process optimization and reporting upgrades.
