Plano, TX - Hourly Range $20hr
Job Brief
To perform basic to intermediate packaging, shipping, and material handling functions.
Responsibilities
- Loads and unloads trucks by utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
- Prepares all paperwork required for the domestic and international shipment of product.
- Verifies counts on incoming material from other departments.
- Fills orders as specified on the shipper.
- Verifies quantity and part number on shipper.
- Assures packing slip is accurate and is attached to material.
- Participates in training as needed.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years experience with shipping
- Read, write and understand English;
- Perform basic math functions
- Certified to operate a forklift, preferred
- Prepare NAFTA Certificates and all Commercial Paperwork
- Strong PC skills, including tracking and following up on emails
