ETL Developer (Pentaho & AWS Glue)

Who You Are and What You'll Do:

Capstone Integrated Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and talented Cloud ETL Developer specializing in converting existing Pentaho ETL to AWS Glue ETL Database development to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions.
• Work on converting a large number of Pentaho ETL jobs to AWS Glue ETL equivalents.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Must have Pentaho ETL experience and AWS Glue ETL experience
• Must have Power BI experience.
• Solid understanding of AWS cloud database development fundamentals, SQL, GraphQL, API Gateway, RDS, Oracle, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and other AWS services as required.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Basic understanding of programming technologies such as TypeScript and Python.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
