Apartment make-ready duties Maintain cleanliness of buildings, common areas and grounds Landscaping and curb appeal maintenance (if applicable) Facilities maintenance or construction experience is preferred HVAC Certified Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Previous experience supervising or leading others is preferred Computer use will be necessary to order supplies, complete documents / forms or to join virtual meetings
