Highlights of Your Role :

• Lead the design and development of moderately complex components and products, focusing on performance, fit, form, and function requirements.
• Define crucial design parameters, tolerances, and testing methodologies to validate concepts and ensure product standards are met.
• Oversee prototyping using various techniques such as shop tools and 3D printing to evaluate feasibility and refine designs.
• Direct CAD modeling and drawing creation, ensuring adherence to standards and clear communication of design intent.
• Manage documentation workflows with Electronic Change Notice software and maintain technical specifications for collaboration.
• Mentor team members on design guidelines and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
