Contract Clinical Recruiter
Remote (US)
Our Client is a mission-driven behavioral health company that supports individuals living with serious mental illness (SMI) through a combination of community-based clinical care and innovative technology-enabled support.
We are seeking an experienced Contract Clinical Recruiter with deep expertise in Nurse Practitioner and provider hiring to help our Client rapidly scale their community-based clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple part-time community-based Nurse Practitioner (NP / APRN) roles across several states
- Conduct high-volume sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and creative outreach) while maintaining an exceptionally high bar for clinical quality and cultural fit
- Perform thorough phone screens with the ability to have credible, clinically-informed conversations with NPs and quickly assess top-tier talent
- Partner closely with the Head of Talent and Director of Clinical Operations to move candidates through the process quickly
- Manage candidate pipeline and activity in Lever (transitioning to Greenhouse in early 2025)
