Assistant Manager
This position oversees all aspects of running a retail / food location. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and scheduling of 20-60 coworkers; food safety; ordering, inventory control; P&Ls cleaning and stocking. Requirements include great people skills, ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns, enjoyment of a fast-paced work environment, problem-solving skills, and desire to help and mentor others. The position maintains a clean and inviting store and requires prior management / leadership experience. Assistant Managers are typically scheduled 45 hours during a 5-day work week and receive time and half for any additional hours worked over 40 in a week.
