A company is looking for a Service Coordinator to manage customer interactions and oversee operational tasks related to joint pole activities.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and complete OSP tasks within M6 and manage escalations
Serve as the point of contact for partner utilities regarding pole attachment requests and related activities
Input and compile Plant Damage Reports and manage documentation throughout damage project life
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Fundamental knowledge of job-related equipment and applicable techniques
Ability to work varied hours and days as needed
Basic keyboarding skills for data entry
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
