Schedule : Full Time

Shift : Day shift Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm

Location : Covering Orange, Osceola and Seminole County. Flex Team see patients in homes, skilled nursing and ALFs in the tri-county area.

The role you'll contribute :

The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing personal patient care services to assigned patients on hospice care in private homes or in skilled nursing facilities per the plan of care, in compliance with hospice, State and Federal regulatory and licensure standards.
