Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, Hind,i or Urdu is a plus College diploma / degree preferred but not required Active TREC Realtor Agent License preferred, but not required Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or sales is preferred, but not required Knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation for effective communication Knowledge of computer programs and applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Yes
