Doctor of Medicine | Otolaryngology

Location : Iowa

Employer : Lancesoft Inc

Pay : $300 to $310 per hour

Start Date : ASAP

About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Otolaryngology MD in Iowa!

This role offers a chance to practice a wide range of ENT services with the support of a dedicated team, modern equipment, and access to imaging, lab, and pharmacy services. The position combines both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities with a well-balanced schedule.

  • Physician-to-Nurse Ratio : 1 : 1
  • Ancillary Staff per Provider : 1 : 1
  • Clinic Provider Daily Volume : 30+ patients
  • Appointment Lengths : 15 minutes per patient
  • Exam Rooms per Provider : 2–3 rooms
  • Procedures : Comprehensive ENT services, including all standard procedures offered in this specialty
  • Patient Population : Includes central regions and outreach areas
  • Medical Imaging, Lab & Pharmacy : Available within the building (not in clinic)
  • Teaching Opportunities : Yes
  • EMR : EPIC

Schedule & Work Details :

  • Patient Contact Hours : 36 per week
  • Clinic Hours : 07 : 30 AM – 05 : 00 PM (Monday – Friday)
  • Shifts per Month : 1.0 FTE
  • Procedure / OR Days : Scheduled based on availability of operating room time
  • On Call : Included in the call schedule
  • Inpatient Coverage : Yes (hospital coverage + clinic coverage)
  • Clinic Location Coverage : Multiple outreach areas including Central Iowa
