Process Engineer

A company is looking for a Process Engineer to evaluate and improve cross-functional business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and document current processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement

Support the rollout of new processes and conduct training sessions for adoption

Develop key performance indicators to measure process improvement outcomes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Process, Operations, or related field required

Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above) preferred

5+ years of experience in process design, continuous improvement, or operational excellence

Experience in software, engineering, technology, or manufacturing is strongly preferred

Experience working in Agile environments or supporting PMO operations is a plus
