Role Overview
In this position, you'll assist in executing technical activities required for various projects, applying landscape architecture technical policies within a land development context.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Direction : Receive guidance on key objectives, using advanced techniques and principles in your work. You'll conduct quality assurance by reviewing junior staff outputs.
- Operational Support : Work closely with senior team members while helping with the marketing efforts to attract and maintain client relationships.
- Project Execution : Support landscape architectural design on assigned projects, preparing detailed plans for urban settings, streetscapes, parks, and recreational areas.
- Assist in compiling plant inventory and evaluations, support engineering projects, and aid in obtaining necessary permits.
- Conduct onsite inspections and collaborate with contractors to ensure design requirements are met.
- Carry out technical assignments, including cost estimates and specifications, while maintaining knowledge of relevant codes and regulations.

Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or a related field, with relevant work experience.A Master's degree is a plus.A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a landscape architecture studio, or equivalent internship experience.A Florida Landscape Architect license is required.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.Experience in creating Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents.A strong portfolio showcasing your design concepts and presentation-quality graphics is a must.Must possess a valid state driver’s license.Why Choose Bowman?
