A company is looking for an AI Bot Strategist to join their Scaled Support Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Expand and maintain LLM-powered actions and convert handwritten intents to LLM-powered flows
Improve model prediction accuracy through training and experiments
Design and iterate bot instructions aligned with brand voice and escalation logic
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience building / optimizing customer support bots or virtual agents
Experience with LLM-powered bots and hybrid ML + LLM models
Experience improving bot KPIs using data-driven iteration
Hands-on experience with at least one bot / vendor platform
Experience instrumenting / monitoring bot performance
