Geriatrician Position Details :
Hartford HealthCare is seeking a full-time Geriatrician in Connecticut . You will join a well-established and comprehensive Geriatric service, providing 100% team-based Geriatric consults.
Role : Geriatrician (Fellowship trained)
Location : Connecticut (several location options to choose from throughout the state)
Setting : 100% Geriatrics (option of OP consults, IP consults, SNF care, home care or a combo of two or more)
Schedule : Full-time, weekdays only
Call : Infrequent phone call for work / life balance
