\n\nICU RN Qualifications\n \n

Active Ohio RN license or multi-state compact RN license (attach to resume)\n

Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required\n

Experience in Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH), trach, and ventilator care\n

Current ACLS & BLS certifications (American Heart Association; attach to submission)\n

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills\n

\n\nICU Registered Nurse Responsibilities\n \n

Assess patient conditions and develop individualized critical care plans\n

Deliver advanced life support, wound care, and airway management (suctioning, trach, vent care)\n

Assist physicians with procedures and monitor patient vital signs\n

Operate and ensure proper functioning of medical equipment (ventilators, monitors, IABP)\n

Administer intravenous fluids and medications as prescribed\n

Collaborate with the critical care team and respond to life-saving situations\n

Act as a patient advocate and provide education / support to patient families\n

Care for pre- and post-operative patients as needed\n
