They specialize in paid media, SEO, and content marketing, partnering primarily with B2B, SaaS, and Fintech startups. Their approach is to act as an extension of clients' in-house teams, driving measurable business growth through data-driven digital strategies.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join the Paid Acquisition team. This person will support strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns, collaborating closely with Performance Marketing Managers to deliver high-performing campaigns that meet client goals.

Key responsibilities include :

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to guide campaign strategy.
• Write compelling ad copy aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Build and manage campaign structures within Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Collect, analyze, and report on campaign performance data using Google Sheets and other tools.
• Assist in developing and implementing testing strategies to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes and results.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.
