Job Description

This Production Manager will be responsible for :

• Lead and manage the production team and scheduling
• Coordinate material flow with warehouse and shipping
• Develop technical expertise in product lines
• Oversee ERP usage, including BOM and work order entry
• Design efficient production steps and line configurations
• Maintain daily production schedules and communicate timelines
• Ensure staffing meets production targets
• Collaborate on custom product solutions

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Manager will have :

• 5+ years of production management experience
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of electro-mechanical assembly and LED systems
• ERP experience; Syspro familiarity preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Lean Manufacturing and 5S knowledge is a plus
