Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Nampa, ID, a Level III Trauma center, serves the region in providing the highest quality, close-to-home care for ill and injured patients of the west-central Treasure Valley. Saint Alphonsus Health System was named one of the Top 15 Health Systems in the country by IBM Watson Health. Schedule : Scheduled for 1760 hours annually to maintain 1.0 FTE status. Completion of a graduate program. Idaho CRNA licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed; valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA
