As part of the Customs and Trade team you are expected to lead as a technology-enabled trade advisor, focusing on digitization, automation, and productivity. As a Director you are responsible for setting strategic direction, spearheading business development, and maintaining executive-level client relationships, while mentoring future leaders and fostering a collaborative environment where people and technology thrive.

The salary range for this position is : $150,000 - $438,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
