Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Location : Virginia Beach, Virginia Area

Employment Type : Full-Time

A well-established private practice anesthesia group in the Virginia Beach area is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join their team at a Level I Trauma Center. Position Highlights :

Join a respected team performing a wide range of cases, including regional anesthesia, obstetrics, vascular, neuro, orthopedics, healthy pediatrics, and general surgery. Enjoy a collaborative and supportive practice environment where CRNAs are highly valued members of the clinical team.

Compensation & Benefits :

Base salary of $260,000 with the potential to earn up to $350,000+ with voluntary overtime.

$50,000 sign-on bonus and $20,000 retention bonus paid at 3 years.

Work Schedule :

Choose from flexible shifts (8s, 10s, or 12s) to match your lifestyle.

Weekend and night shifts are rarely required and are covered by dedicated CRNAs.

Only two rotating holiday shifts per year are expected.
