Hybrid Speech-Language Pathologist (School Setting) Hillside, IL

Weekly Hours : 35

Pay Rate : $60 / hour

Position Overview :

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the school setting is responsible for conducting student evaluations, delivering therapy services, and documenting all interventions in accordance with individualized plans of care and physician's orders.

Minimum Requirements :

Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of assignment

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred (may be required by state / contract)

Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice

Current CPR certification (if applicable)

TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)

Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
