Job Description

We are seeking an experienced  Senior Operations Manager  to lead and manage aviation operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance across all facets of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation operations management, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a strategic mindset. As a key leader, the Senior Operations Manager will oversee multiple departments and ensure that all operational activities align with company goals and industry standards.

2nd Shift : 2 : 00pm - 10 : 30pm

Compensation :   $55,000.00 / annual salary (US Dollars)

\n

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program

401(k)  – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and / or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. Oversee daily aviation operations, including ground services, cabin cleaning services, Janitorial services, flight operations, and maintenance coordination

Lead and mentor operations teams, ensuring clear communication, training, and professional development opportunities

\n

Ensure that all operational activities meet or exceed industry safety standards and regulatory requirements

Work closely with customer service teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout operations
