Job Title : Nurse Practitioner – Senior Primary Care (Outpatient)
Location : Lakewood / Denver, CO 80214
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (No nights, weekends, or call)
Salary : $130,000–$170,000 / year (DOE)

Seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join a new senior-focused outpatient clinic in the Lakewood neighborhood of Denver, CO. Enjoy Monday–Friday hours, small patient panels, and 45-minute appointments that prioritize patient relationships and provider satisfaction.
What You’ll Do :
- Deliver comprehensive care to patients aged 65+
- Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary care team
- Manage non-complex acute and chronic conditions
- Focus on prevention, wellness, and reducing ER visits
- Utilize modern EMR (eClinicalWorks) – training provided
