About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Designer or Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) with a passion for civil site design. You'll work alongside a collaborative team to deliver innovative solutions across commercial, industrial, retail, multi-family, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop civil engineering projects (roadway and utility improvements)

Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies

Prepare detailed engineering plans, specs, and cost estimates

Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Provide technical guidance to junior staff

Perform stormwater management reporting and calculations

Utilize Civil 3D for design and drafting

Project Focus Areas :

Master planning

Commercial and industrial developments

Multi-family and retail sites

Drainage and roadway infrastructure

Primarily private-sector projects

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in civil / site design (4+ preferred)

Proficient in Civil 3D and Microsoft Office

E.I.T. Certification preferred (not required)

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
