Location : Venice HQ | Job Type : Full-Time | Base Pay Range : $90,000 - $120,000

Performance Bonus Potential : 20-25% | Total Target Pay Range : $108,000 - $150,000

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Buyer to join a growing brand and play a key role in defining its future. Youll manage the end-to-end buying process from trend forecasting and vendor relationships to assortment planning and inventory analysis.

In your first year, youll work closely with our Founder to gain a deep understanding of the Nati aesthetic and our customer. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with room to grow into the future Head of Merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curate and manage the womens apparel assortment to reflect the Nati Boutique brand identity, customer preferences, and seasonal trends.
  • Spend time in our retail locations learning our customer, styling them and utilizing feedback in product decisions.
  • Attend markets, trade shows, and vendor meetings to source new collections while maintaining relationships with established vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to maximize profitability and ensure timely product flow.
  • Collaborate with CEO and CFO on annual and seasonal buying budgets; provide analysis and recommendations on product performance.
  • Analyze sales reports, inventory levels, and customer feedback to inform buying decisions and improve assortment performance.
  • Partner with store leadership to gather insights on customer needs and ensure product selection aligns with store demand.
  • Work within Shopify and internal systems to track inventory, product performance, and purchasing orders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging designers to keep Nati Boutique ahead of the curve.

    • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in fashion buying, ideally in womens apparel.
  • Strong vendor network and experience working with trade shows, markets, and independent designers.
  • Proven ability to interpret trend data, sales analytics, and customer insights into buying decisions.
  • Experience negotiating vendor terms, pricing, and contracts.
  • Knowledge of retail math, open-to-buy planning, and assortment management.
  • Proficiency in Shopify or similar retail POS / inventory management systems.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both vendors and internal leadership.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple seasons, categories, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Passion for fashion, retail, and delivering an elevated customer experience.
  • Ability to travel frequently to stores and local vendors; occasionally to markets and trade shows as needed.
