As an RN, you will be responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe, therapeutic care according to established standards and practices. You'll apply evidence-based care, anticipate patient needs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver the best patient experience. You'll also participate in discharge planning and quality improvement initiatives.

Licenses & Certifications : Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice, and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.

Degrees : Completion of an accredited Nursing program.

Required Functional Experience : Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
