IT Systems Manager (Columbia)

As the IT Systems Manager , you will oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across a small but dynamic IT department. Youll support internal end users in and play a critical role in managing data and collaborating closely with our ERP team. This position requires a proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently with minimal training.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT systems, network infrastructure, and Active Directory for internal users.
• Collaborate with the ERP team to provide input and support for Oracle ERP system.
• Ensure accurate data management and integrity across systems.
• Provide direct IT support to all levels of the organization, including C-Suite executives.
• Interface with stakeholders to gather and input data into the ERP system.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within IT processes and systems.
