Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Manager Computer Systems Analysis 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in defining the future. This position will be located in Northridge, CA, and will require the selected candidate to work on-site, full-time, at our Northridge, CA campus. As the functional manager, the successful candidate will bring a strong management approach with the ability to also understand technical details and lead this important service offering; the selected candidate will provide oversight of day to day hands on administration of the classified IT infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• This position requires strong leadership and excellent communication skills with a focus on program management to deliver, as it is a geographically dispersed team of systems administrators, network engineers, and desktop technicians.
• An ability to interface with all levels of management is important. Additional responsibilities will include interfacing with sector Vice Presidents, their staff, sector program managers, and executive leadership; developing program plans and milestones and successfully delivering on them; ensuring processes are documented and followed; and ensuring services remain available and relevant to our customers.
• The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative / team settings across all levels.

Primary Level Salary Range : $142,200.00 - $213,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
