Maintenance Tech - Temp to Hire
Location: On-site – Morrisville, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Rotating Weekends)
Pay: $21–$24/hour (Based on Experience)

Our client is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to be the go-to problem-solver for all things maintenance, organization, and upkeep. In this role, you’ll help ensure the facilities, equipment, and fleet are always in top shape, making a real impact every single day. What You’ll Do:

• Keep facilities, equipment, and supplies well-maintained, functional, and organized.

• Assist in managing property, buildings, operational equipment, and fleet vehicles.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with an independent, solutions-driven mindset.

What You Bring:

• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Clear driving record (Class B license is a plus).

• Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
