As an LPN you will facilitates, communicates and collaborates with the RN to identify and meet the physical and emotional needs of the patient. Assists with the nursing process to promote / restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values. Demonstrates accountability for the quality of own nursing practice. Performs a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma / G.E.D  (required)

License / Certifcation Requirements :

Minimum Experience Requirements :

Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and / or up to 20lbs frequently, and / or up to 10lbs constantly)
