🚀 We are hiring a Principal Applications Engineer Mass Spectrometry

This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in analytical instrumentation , customer engagement , and semiconductor or high-tech environments .

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Applications Engineer with a strong background in mass spectrometry and gas analyzers to support customers, solve technical challenges, and provide high-level applications expertise.

This position requires a hands-on professional with excellent communication skills, strong technical depth, and the ability to work directly with customers to resolve instrumentation-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in analytical instrumentation , including mass spectrometers and gas analyzers
• Ability to engage with customers, handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide application-level support
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes
• Self-motivated and proactive in customer interaction and problem-solving
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, installations, or support needs

Education

🎓 Bachelors degree in Engineering

(Electronics / Electrical background highly preferred )

Requirements

U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder

Strong experience in mass spectrometry / gas analysis instrumentation

Customer-facing experience

Semiconductor process knowledge

Ability to travel for onsite support
