A company is looking for a Tax Lead EA / CPA REMOTE (Seasonal).
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and motivation to the tax team via video, phone, and chat
Monitor the Tax Support Slack Channel and respond to requests for assistance
Address issues and challenges in leadership channels and ensure timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
Actively credentialed U.S. based Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with an active PTIN
1+ years of experience in a remote supervisory role leading teams of 5 or more tax professionals
2+ years of experience preparing and filing individual (1040) returns using professional tax software
Strong technical skills in navigating professional tax software and Microsoft 365
Access to a dedicated workspace with a hard-wired Ethernet connection and personal computer
