Systems Reliability Engineer

Job Title: Systems Reliability Engineer
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across disciplines to design and verify comprehensive system solutions.
• Assess customer needs to define system performance requirements and ensure compatibility across interfaces.
• Conduct analyses to enhance system architecture and ensure mission success.
• Integrate quality factors like reliability and maintainability into system configurations.
• Improve and manage requirements processes, tools, and risk management.
• Address and resolve technical issues across functions.

Essential Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or related field.
• Over 4 years of experience in Systems Engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Critical thinking and adaptability in agile team settings.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Systems Engineering V model.
• Expertise in Reliability, Maintainability, and System Health.
• Familiarity with Failure Mode Effect Analysis.
• Advanced degree in Engineering or related field is a plus.
